Freindship Act passed

A couple of minutes ago President Tom Kap and his council passed the friendship act. This act will mean that nations in Diplomatic Relations with Duke will be able to receive benefits including Visa-free for its citizens. The United Authellian Empire has created a system Similar to this. It is a very exciting moment and Tom Kap believes it will sweeten diplomatic relations.
